Comments We are setting up neighborhoods in our facility. In allowing our residents to set their own breakfast times, how do you stay in compliance with insulin that needs to be given 30 min. prior to meals, and med pass times? How do you handle infection control issues with the homemaker being in the kitchen and doing housekeeping chores? Thanks for the information. Tami/Jolene
