Comments Lokks like another great idea. NAHCA(Think yhat's the new NAGNA) has been such a blessing for me. I have been taught so many things and been able to share ideas at Joplin. Our NLT has always been a big asset to our facility and I finally decided to get aboard this past year. I think we have an awesome team who gives a lot of our time to help our facility help us. Our administrator, D.O.N. and A.D.O.N. all back us and help in any way they can. We're working hard on having less turnover by having newbies train with preceptors as much as possible, but also to let them know they can come to us anytime. We all lose when we let them leave, but the biggest losers are the residents. I really try to attend every in-service presented from you because I always pick up at least one good idea, if not more.
