Comments I have wanted to visit WY for a long time. Now, that I am a Longmire fan (books and TV series), I want to see more of the Bighorns and I want to see Yellowstone. How would I request information for when we can afford to go on vacation? The next time we go to SC, we plan on driving through the upper part of the US instead of the middle and lower part.

Comments Drove through with some friends in June on vacation and they were impressed as they had never been there before. We are returning on bikes again in August. Maybe next time I'll be stopping and doing Bomber Mountain or Cloud Peak. Need to get it done again before I'm too old. Been over 40 years since my first time in the Bighorns and just can't get this place out of my system....... probably never will. Thank you uncle Bill.

Comments My brother and myself went to the big horn mountains in 2001. What I saw was the most beautiful immense stretch of land and ranges I have ever seen. I was overwhelmed by the size of the area. We rode our motorcycles through the s turns to the top of this lookout that was 100 miles by 100 miles in area. Someday I will return

Comments I am a native of Wyoming and of this area; I see parts of the western slopes of the Big Horns most of the time, and love to look at them. I try to make a trip up every year, from Lovell to Burgess Junction, across the top and down through Shell Canyon, to Shell, and Greybull at least once a year. Two of my favorite places to go to are Five Springs Falls/Campground, and the Littlehorn area. Also Sibley Lake, and Shell Falls are two more favorites of mine.

Comments My family recently stayed at the Bolder Park Campground, up West Tensleep Road. We had a wonderful time at this campground! Comments great atv riding. sheridan side is better than buffallo side. good camping on both sides. buffallo side is putting in more trails. both sides could use more camp grounds. the sheridan side needs more camping closer to red grade. red grade needs to be better to get a camper up on to the forest line.
